Lakeview Heating and Cooling

I contacted Lakeview Heating & Cooling to help diagnose and fix an issue with one of our two HVAC systems. On 11/6, a service person came out and told me that I needed a new pressure switch and that would fix the issue. He charged me $225 for the part and $95 for the labor (plus additional amounts for maintenance that he correctly performed on the upstairs HVAC system). The service man left - and 2 hours after he left, the heat went off again. I called Lakeview Heating & Cooling the following day and they sent another individual to my house on 11/9. This individual said that there might be a drain problem or that I might need to replace the entire HVAC system. He spent several hours at the house but could not correctly diagnose or fix any issue. He charged me $487.50. I finally had to call an entirely new company because after spending $807.50 with Lakeview Heating & Cooling, I still had no heat - I had no diagnosis of the problem - and I had paid for a part that never needed to be replaced plus several hours of someone looking at a system and having no idea what to do.... The new company that I called came to the house immediately and fixed the issue right away. I called Lakeview Heating & Cooling Company twice on 11/10 and sent an email on 11/11 to try to amicably work this out. No one responded to me. I expect a refund for the majority of the $800+ dollars I spent on fraudulent services. I understand paying a small fee for the time the guys spent 'trying' to diagnose an issue. But once we learned what the real problem was, I realized that the two guys from Lakeview Heating & Cooling had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. I feel completely taken advantage of by this business
