Lakeview Apartments

To whom this may concern,
At the time of receipt of this complaint, the repairs had already been
made.  However, I feel that there are a few issues that need addressed, in
order to preserve the integrity of this apartment complex.  They are as

follows.
1.  Tenant never submitted the contractually required written maintenance request.
2.  During the time period that the A/C was not working, outside temperatures only approached the 80* mark twice, all
other days were consistent with average Central Texas Winter temperatures. The heater was working.
3.  The tenant was informed that I did not know how long it would take for the needed repairs to be completed. 
At that time I offered to install a window A/C unit, to which the tenant declined. Citing fear of someone removing the
unit and entering their home.  However, our window units are mounted to the aluminum frame of the window at several
points.  Thus, offering more security than the single pane glass that is currently installed.
 
4.      The initial diagnosis was on the 24th of February.  I did not receive the estimate for repair
until the 10th of March.  I received approval to complete the repair on the 25th of March. 
On the 26th of March the repairs were completed.
 
In closing, it should be noted that these are good tenants and we are very happy to have them reside with us. 
We are looking forward to a long relationship with them here at Lakeview Apartments.
