Customer states vehicle power steering pump was not replaced under warranty The pump was replaced at no cost to the customer under a goodwill replacement from the factory on 11/06/*** and would still be under a replacement warranty if needed the vehicle was also diagnosed as needing a
power steering rack and pinion assembly The factory has offered to replace the part at no cost and the customer would be responsible for the labor to replace the rack the power steering pump was replaced under warranty on 08/17/*** *** and customer currently has an appointment to have rack and pinion replaced
