Kemba Credit Union changed the title of the charges on my account from penalty to interests in a bid to justify their actionsThough they called me and refunded $of the said charges, what they claim as representing monthly interests is not rightIf those represented interest, why were they listed as penalties before I contacted the Revdex.com? That's amazingThe rep I spoke with said I was misinformed by the Union's rep before I contacted Revdex.comI am asking that they review the account in totality and right all the wrongs instead of refunding $to meThank you.
