I ordered maple cabinet doors with odd sizes to match the original construction in an old houseThey were high quality & absolutely perfectOrdering from their website was easy & prices were very reasonable

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It still dose not address the lack of quality control that out items order, were not manufactured per the ordered dimensions and the lack of customer service without having to contact the Revdex.comI sent them an email 3/outlining the quality control issues and there was no responseI finally called them 3/and was simply told they were to busy to contact me and there was nothing they could do to resolve just the item I wanted to have replaced.You can close the case but I would like this negative feed back to stand so that the company takes corrective action to change/improve and so other potential clients see both the positive and negative testimonials/feedbackWe as consumers depend on the Revdex.com ratings in our evaluation of where we do business and based on my experience they currently don't deserve a high ratingI did responded to company on the 4/13/that I had already purchased a replacement from a competitor so there was no need to remake it Regards, [redacted]
