Moved out of areaAccount was closed 12/21/After MULTIPLE phone calls (Mgr always not available - check is in the mail, check hasn't cut yet, glitch in our system, check was mailed 3/30, check got lost, etc.) finally got a hold of Angie (Mgr.) She refused to speak to my daughter [redacted] who has had to handle all of my affairs due to health reasons This was explained to her in the beginning but to no avail When my daughter finally got through to speak with Angie, the above problems were not answered and I was told that the check has NOT been sent but rather "it is out of their hands" as Texas handles all of their checks(This was also not explained.) When asked if I could speak with another Manager, I was told that Angie was the "end of the line" and she threatened to hathe conversation Simply put, why does it take months to receive a refund check from Les Sanitary? Why couldn't the "process" have been explained thoroughly sooner, why is there no one above Angie t
