I am not sure how to respond to this complaint An unauthorized driver was involved in an accident This is an insurance company issue We have insurance and the customer has insurance and I am confident they will work it out We merely indicated that the gentleman's insurance was primary since the driver of the vehicle was not listed on the rental agreement His insurance company is welcome to pursue this if they feel appropriateSo, I am not sure how to address the customer's issue He just seems to be unhappy with the insurance laws, not us.Sincerely,Andrew Wiley, Owner
