We have been in business for over 30 years and this is the first complaint that we think we have ever received.  We did go to the [redacted]'s to clean their furnace and when we left the technician thought everything was running okay.  We did go back a couple of times because they...

called and told us there was a problem.  We did put on a pump and thought that took care of the problem but I guess it did not.  We are sorry that we could not fix their furnace and we have sent them back the money that they paid for the cleaning.  I know that the man that spoke to her on the phone the last time did not swear at her because it was me and I don't swear at customers.
