Review: On September 22, 2015 I lost $5.00 in the laundromats double washer. I filled out the paperwork the laundromat has available to the public if there is a problem with the machines. It's December 11, 2015 and I have yet to receive any kind of correspondence or compensation for my loss. Granted it's only $5.00 but the principle here is what is wrong. Just because it's a little community doesn't mean we should be disregarded when the laundromat won't acknowledge it's customers. The owner doesn't even live in Lakehead, there are people who take care of the laundromat. One can only hope they even give the owner the complaint and refund paper we fill out when there's a problem with service at the laundromat.Desired Settlement: Send me my money via the mail. They did it once before.
