Lakeshore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Kia

So I called and ordered a part on 8/5/2015 and I also PAID FOR THE PART IN FULL they stated that they will have it here on 8/6/2015 and on 8/6/2015 no part and then I called on 8/6/2015 they stated that the part is in and that the driver was tied up so we was told it would be here on 8/7/2015 and so we called and they said they had the part at 855am well at 905 they called we are on the way then 5 mins later they called back we don't have the part it will be here Tues 8/11/2015 and so we called and called left message after message for owner and manager I even emailed owner and no response. they have no customer skills nor do they have integrity or honesty so then 8/10/2015 FINALLY WE GET A CALL FROM ALLEN OH I WILL CHECK IN IT HAS ALLEN CALLED BACK NOPE!!! Truck has been here at the shop for over a week and no part. THEN 8/11/2015 WE GET THE CALL THIS MORNING THAT WRONG ONE IS ORDERED AND THE RUN AROUND AGAIN. As a customer service specialist I STAND BEHIND MY WORK AND OR SKILLS THIS PLACE IS LIARS AND INFIDELS.

I have been to Lakeshore Dodge for both parts and service. As far as trying to get someone to help me....good luck. It's almost as if I am not important. I beg to differ. I have purchased a vehicle that has the same emblem that is on the billboard. Believe me I would spend my time (and money) elsewhere if there was another close location. My wife has been to Lakeshore as well. She was waiting for someone to help with parts. She said many people walked by but not one stopped and asked if she needed help. I don't care how busy you are, when you have customers you treat them as such. If they have an issue with being busy all the time...hire more employees! I had one service guy tell me that I should wait to get a recall done on my vehicle because they will probably come out with another one soon. Really? Customer service is lacking at this location.
