Review: I was relocated by my employer and had to terminate my contract early; however, I was able to advise my neighbor who moved into my unit. I was advised I would be entitled to my full refund by the apartment [redacted] and employee that conducted the walk through who advised I left in excellent condition. I was issued a check a check which I thought was prorated utilities; however, when I spoke to apartment [redacted] he indicated it was prorated refund of my deposit. I asked to see an itemized invoice for deposit and stated it was on check -reviewing check it was not indicated any information. When I asked for the itemization, they failed to provide it. When I asked for manager he provided [redacted] I called her and left messages which she never returned.Desired Settlement: Refund my full deposit I'm entitled to.
