As I explained to Mr [redacted] late last fall sometimes when you exclude squirrels-especially flying squirrels they will chew in a new entry pointThe last time this happened was late last fall when there was no safe way to get onto his roof to inspect for the new opening due to ice and snow.Mr *** has a very unique home which is dug into the north side of a large hillIn northern Minnesota spring comes late on the north side of large hillsAs late as last week there was still ice on his roofThe proximity of the hill in relation to his home is such that I can not get a power lift anywhere but one side of the homeWith the temperatures we have experienced over the last two days and what is it expected over the rest of the week I am assuming that by the beginning of next week his home will be free and clear of ice and I will be able to get back up there and figure out what's going on.I will have this taken care of as soon as we safely canMichael
Revdex.com:It would have been nice if the business would have responded to the numerous phone calls, emails, and texts I made? over the last couple of monthsIf? the business does what he? says? he? is going to do, that would be acceptableI will? have to see it to believe it, based on the lack of customer service I have received to this point after he received my original payment..? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
