I have phone service with connectel my account number in [redacted] my phone number is ###-###-#### my phone is not working since 2/9/i have called them many times to come fix it and they don't wana come only after 3/5/its a safety issue as I have a family with small kids, and in case of a emergency we can't call for help, please have the phone company fix this problem asapThanx
