After calling for days to locate a car shown on the internet and the dealers website with several sales associates promising to call back and even being told to come into the dealer to take delivery of the car and then being told it was sold after getting financing and insurance on it I was livid and made one last call to LAKELAND TOYOTA, to let the general manager know how we felt about what his sales people did to us!
