Hello [redacted], I am responding to a complaint about our business.  The customer complaint stated that we sent the wrong CPAP mask in the mail and that she never ordered.  In addition billing department being disrespectful and cussing.  This is not the case and if it was it would be...

completely unacceptable if it was.  I apologies to [redacted] if that is what she felt she heard on the phone conversation.  But in speaking with her supervisor who was sitting next to her on this call, Ruby in our billing department never cussed at [redacted]  We did file with Blue Cross Blue Sheild of MN to void the claim which they did and then recouped the payment.
