Review: On June 4 2014 we had 27 size foot spruce tree planted around our home. the day before it had rained over 5 inches and the ground was very soft and water saturated. We did not expect them to plant the trees with the ground in that condition. Both my husband and I work days and were not at home at the time. When we arrived home that afternoon we saw the bobcat chewing up our good lawn. When asked about the damage the operator replied the lawn was soft. The next day I called our salesman [redacted] He said would return 6/9 or 10/2014 to correct and make good our request. They never showed or called, on 6/1410/2014 I stopped at their location and talked to [redacted]. HE PROMISED AGAIN THEY WOULD RETURN AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM they again never showed up. IT has now been over a month and we have not heard from them and your lawn is still a mess. We have checked with other landscapers and they estimate between $500. to $1000 to cover the repair and reseeding of my lawn. I want them to either get my lawn back in the condition it was before they showed up or to hire some one else to do it and do it correctly. We paid over $7,000 for them to tear up our yard and then ignore our request to complete their promises.

We will respond to this complaint. There are a couple of factors here to consider:

We have had above normal rainfall which has made ground work difficult

They had a firm that removed over twenty spruce trees prior to our installation of the new trees. This firm also drove over a large portion of the lawn.
