Review: I had received a mold for a crown. They ordered the crown in silver. I had stressed to them that I absolutely would not use a gold one. It came in a few weeks later gold. The business then had to reorder the crown in silver. Once that had came back I went in for my appointment to get it cemented. He informed me that the temporary that he had put in, had fallen out, then placed the crown on my tooth, had me bite down, and asked how it felt. I told him that it was raising my entire bite and was extremely uncomfortable. He informed me that this was normal and he wanted to give it a couple weeks to see if it adjusted to my mouth before shaving it down. He then proceeded to temporarily cement it onto my tooth, without cleaning the tooth first, and said to schedule an appointment for a couple weeks from then and we would go from there. Before leaving he said that if it fell out during that time, to make sure I didnt lose the crown. Three hours later it fell out. I tried contacting them immediately and they had already closed. I then called two other dentist offices to get second opinions on the procedure and described to them what had been done during my procedure. Both offices said that what I was describing was abnormal. After speaking with the dential office where I had gotten it done the following morning, I found out that I can not get an itemized receipt showing what exacly I had paid for because they are claiming that the entire amount that I had paid went solely toward the crown. I now have to undergo and pay for this entire procedure again with a different dental office. This was very costly and I should not have to pay for it a second time.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded for the entire procedure and will return their crown to them as it did not fit.
