Review: I received a price quote for a stay at the Lakehouse Hotel and Resort, and 2 days later received notice that the price quote had been increased by a substantial amount.This type of business practice is both unacceptable and very poor consumer relations.[redacted]Desired Settlement: I do not know if the Lakehouse Hotel and Resort is listed with the Revdex.com, but I would like a complaint filed, or perhaps you can direct me to the proper organization to resolve this financial matterRespectfully,[redacted]

Pricing in the hospitality business changes frequently and is based upon occupancy and demand within the hotels respective market. Often times a price you see further out such as the original room rate you saw will change as the date closes in and it is recommended to book a rate you find appealing as we can never guarantee that rate will remain. We always will honor any rate that was booked and should our rates lower will always be happy to adjust the originally booked rate.
