The dock company promised us that the layout he wanted would work correctly and it did not work like we wanted, the Pontoon was placed on back order so I could not get the pontoon in a timely fashion so were going to refund the money as I get it back, I had many wrong people involved in my business
and I will get the situation resolved Christopher *** *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID .***,and find that Mediation is necessary.Chris said he was going to send me a check a couple weeks ago but is still working with his new business manager and insurance agent. Since I have not received the check and the deadline to accept mediation is approaching I am accepting mediation. I spoke to Chris about this and he said he is still working on getting me a check but understands the timing issue, so suggested I accept mediation and told me he will not fight my claim and will ultimately accepts responsibility to pay
