Over charged and they did nothing to fix the problems
I took it in on 11-15-and they supposivly fixed the bottom suspension of my vehicleI bought the car from *** who goes through*** and they sold me a crappy vehicle for with a trade in a GMC envoy that was fixed grougg a shop and well worth more than Now I have a Chrysler that lake wales Chrysler claims to be fixed from head to toeI spent over 8,000$ with lake wales Chrysler when I took it in the first time they didn't even fix the gasket and I had to take it backThey paid for *** for me the employee was eddy m***.when I got my car back the horn did not work and my ac went out and I had a great acI took my car in again because the ac went outThey gave me a bunch crap that needs fixed because they think it was in a car wreck so I got my car back on 03/23/after they had it one week and a halfThey said they would pay for *** and the manager c

Went in and asked for replacement of fan blower motor resistor pack & lower radiator hoseDid not ask for estimate, was billed for hour diagnosis
Brought my Plymouth Grand Voyager in, and asked to have repair done as stated in complaintI did not ask for an estimate, or ask for diagnostics when order writer Tyler checked the vehicle in for service1/hours later, checked with order writer, and he said he would check on repair statusAnother minutes, asked again, he said there were many problems with my van, and would be another 10-minutesFinally service manager came back, and said the fan resistor pack repair was $256.80, hose repairs $799.41, and added they found many oil leaks and all gaskets would need replacement for $1,I told the service manager I change oil every miles, and have never had to add additional oil in between oil changesSince my van is years old, and has 180,miles, I believe they were trying to price me out of repairing
