I've attached the invoice for the frames in question. I did exactly what she told me to do. There were small imperfections in the artwork from the adhesive. I had to use adhesive as there was no glass. I gave her a 20% discount. She paid the deposit but not the
remaining balanceSo she paid less than 40%. The frames cost me more than her deposit plus I did hours of labor. AND SHE TOOK THE FRAMES AND THE ARTWORK If they were so bad, she should have left them.
