Lake Travis Air Conditioning

In July 2019 Lake Travis AC installed a new heating and cooling system in my home. After multiple service issues such as AC cutting off, heater gas line conversion kit not installed, etc. and multiple return trips corrective action was finally done. On 10/10/2019 Texas propane repaired a gas meter at my home and as part of their process noted that the conversion kit sticker had no been applied to the furnace installed in July 2019. I contacted Lake Travis AC and spoke to them on 10/11/2019. They promised they would be out either that day or on Monday 10/14/2019. Nobody ever showed up.

I have called them every day 10/14,15,16,17 and they do not answer their phone or have a message service. I contacted them through multiple emails at *** and they will not respond. They have done incomplete work that requires certification as per Texas Community Propane and they have failed to respond even though I have gone through every method and process.
