I am rejecting this response because: Please see attached word document. This explains in greater detail what happened after my routine eye exam.Dr. V* needs to take responsibility for the wrong information I was given about my vision coverage.  It is their job to know this.And the fact they charged me for extra images that I did not authorize, and was told they were at no extra cost to me.Today I sent this to Ms. M[redacted] in an email after reading her response to Angela from Dr. V*'s office.
