Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort

Review: We checked in the resort in our 5th wheel for two nights and paid for service. Upon seeing the deplorable condition of the resort, we decided not to stay and immediately went back to check out.They will not refund my money. I was in and out in 20 minutes and yet they said once you pay (site unseen) there are no refunds.Manager has not returned my 4 messages left with staff (again, they could at least talk with me).Resort was very trashy and softball size rocks everywhere. Roads were hard to identify they were in such poor condition. Numbering to locate sites were hard to identify, (a simple example of neglect).Very poor business model[redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund my $62.64 and consider improved future service to your customers.
