In response to the complaint by Ms [redacted] , at Lakeshore we have two full serve pumps that are clearly labeledThere are two big red signs on each pump stating that it is full serveAlso, the prices for full serve are posted on each pump for each grade of fuelThe fuel price for full serve pumps as well as other pumps is pre-programmed, and we are not able to issue any refunds Ms [redacted] had contacted us, and we did offer her full serve services on her next visit, which she declinedUnfortunately, we are unable to issue any refunds on fuel purchases.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely, [redacted] Owner
