*** *** ***We are responding to the complaint (ID#***) concerning *** *** ***.*** *** came into the office to turn in her Resident's notice of intent to move out on 7/15/(see copy) for 9/27/
the end of her lease term with Lake Pointe.I have also enclosed a copy of the lease to show the ending date of the lease which is Wed7/29/*** *** came into the office to inform us she would not need the apt. until the end of her lease term, the Assistant manager explained to her she would need to pay up to the end of her lease in order to leave on good termsAt this time the manager explained to her that the lease ends on 9/27/15, although she may turn in keys, but she would still need to pay rent up until the end of the lease term.She at that time asked for Corporates number which we gave her and they have placed two calls to her in which she has not returned at this time
