did not install the boiler or the fan in a can, it was done by others. All we did was repair an air flow switch on the fan which is clearly stated on the attached work order. Therefor, we were not responsible to set the appointment with the building department because we did not replace the fan in a can on the unit.    Thank you,   Mike F[redacted]
