We did sell Mr. [redacted]'s dock for him on consignment. The sale was finalized a little over 5 weeks ago not 2 months. I did talk with Mr. [redacted] about the selling price and he counter offered the buyer an agreed upon price of $2200.00 vs the...

$1500.00 offer that was made. The sale price as we discussed and Mr. [redacted] had agreed to accept was $2200.00 with a transport fee of $200.00 and a commision of $200.00 to be paid to us with his net price of $1800.00. When the sale was finished I spoke with Mr. [redacted] about his asking us about adding a furniture set to his new dock and I told him I would check stock on the furniture and see if we could get him a good deal on one. I tried to call him a few times over the next week or 2 and always got his voice mail. We did get a call back from him in the 1st week of October and he told me that he wanted to hold off on the furniture purchase and to just send the proceeds from the dock sale in full. I told him we would send a check by the end of the next week which we did. Our check for $1800.00 was wrote out to him om 10/15/15 and mailed to his home. We did what we should have through this whole transaction and Mr. [redacted] was paid as agreed by both parties.
