Review: Our second night stay was horrific. We have two special needs kids that take very ounce of energy out of us. So on my wife's 40th birthday I arranged 4 families to watch our kids. We went for peace, QUITE, relaxation and sleep. On sat. Night the bar had a band playing and the music was blaring across the lawn into our bedroom. I called the front desk and talked to [redacted] 3 different times. After no results from that, I walked across and talked to the bar manager and asked her to turn it down. Again, nothing happened. At this point, I am so infuriated with that fact we can't sleep and no one at the resort is responding to our needs. Needless to stay I did not sleep because I was so upset with this resort. This ruined our trip and we were exhausted in the morning and left feeling angry. In talking to [redacted], who I thought had very poor customer service skills, at the front desk in the morning, she would only take 1/2 of one nights stay off. Not acceptable.Desired Settlement: AT THE VERY LEAST, I want one full night stay taken off my bill. I will pursue this with my credit card company as well if matters are to resolved.
