we would pay for their bill if the invoice reflected the same parts, repair or service.  I do want to state that this customer came in with a boat that had come from a previous shop that was suppose to have done work and the customer made the same complaint with us.  As I have stated before, we are happy to provide compensation as well as provide any documentation needed.
