Dear Revdex.com,On that date we received a call from Trader Joes with a request to tow numerous vehicles parked in their parking lotThey had followed their criteria regarding parked vehicles on their lotIE marking the tire, relevant to time and checking on their pa system in the store to verify owner of said vehicles is not shopping in the store, After the appropriate time had elapsed we were summoned with a description of all the vehicles parked there without their authorityThe after hours driver was summoned and given the description of said vehicles and dispatched to the locationMost vehicles can be towed with a conventional towing vehicle, Render average cost of $However in the case of the [redacted] which is all wheel drive via a transfer case required dolly and or go jacks allowing vehicle to be located on a flatbed in a safe mannerThese items as described are considered special equipment necessary as to eliminate any exposure to unnecessary damage.The vehicle was then placed in a secured facility on our property until releaseAs stated our hours are 8-upon receipt of phone call from owner of vehicle the on call driver was made available to release vehicle.If further explanation or description is needed please don’t hesitate to contact us in the future,Thank You,Dean K***
