This letter is in reply to the complaint # [redacted] made on 4/10/by [redacted] ***-***, in regards to a mold issue in her Apartment unit B at [redacted] ***, Crestline Ca ***According to the conversation that I had with Ms***-***’ mother(***) on 4/6/The problem had been taken care of by [redacted] herself and the mold was gone and there was no need to send anyone out to the property for that purpose, Ms ***- [redacted] asked that $DOLLARS be credited to her for the inconvenience of having to deal with the mold and it was granted her and taken off of her rent that dayTo the best of my knowledge the issue was taken care of as indicated and no further action was required

[redacted] herself and the mold was gone and there was no need to send anyone out to the property for that purpose, Ms [redacted] asked that $100.00 DOLLARS be credited to her for the inconvenience of having to deal with the mold and it was granted her and taken off of her rent that day. To the best of my knowledge the issue was taken care of as indicated and no further action was required.
