Review: I had my car serviced because the engine light was on. Lake Geneva Chevy service department changed my oil and replaced a purge valve in the engine and then determined my engine was fine. I was talked into replacing my struts and sway bar links during this time of service, which in the end cost a total of $1500. Two days later my engine died, literally. The service department had my car towed to their shop and I was given a call two days later to find out I needed to replace my 2008 engine. I feel that this service department was negligent in their repairs to my car and damaged my engine while they were trying to fix my car. I believe they forgot to put oil in it, or damaged it in some way. I have also contacted the dealership many times and they never call me back.Desired Settlement: I would like Lake Geneva Chevrolet to repair my car correctly for no charge. I feel this is fair as they were negligent in trying to repair my car previously.
