My car was damaged because the employees are negligent. They won't assume any responsibilities. This is very bad situation. Do not ever go there. The business will shut down immediately. I need my car repaired because they are responsible for it!!
I went to this location for a car wash on May 01, 2019. I had a very bad experience. After the automated car wash, one can go to the self-service car vacuum area. I went there to wipe off and vacuum my car. I noticed some scratches in the middle of the hood and on the roof of the car. I promptly brought it to the notice of the staff who dismissed it right away. I asked him for the manager, he told me he was not around and I would have to come back to speak with him. I had to make 2 more visits to finally be able to speak with the manager in person. However, even he didn't own it up. He told me that those scratches were not caused by his facility and were there because someone dragged a heavy box on the hood of the car. I showed him that the scratches were only in the center and had the pattern of the movement of the car wash equipment, if someone had dragged the box it would not be limited to the center of the hood but would extend to the end of the hood. To this, he had no answer. I asked him if he could do something to fix it since it was caused by his facility and I had brought it to the notice right away. He asked me to pay for the buff despite having detailing center in house. I have decided not to go to this car wash facility and advise others to stay away too as the management does not own up any responsibility and would ask the customer to foot the bill for any damage caused.

COMPLAINT ID # 12879097
Dear Sirs,
I am responding to your letter notifying us of a complaint from a Mr..
At the time of the incident my staff spoke with Mr. and explained ours, as well as most all car washes in the country position regarding cracks in windshields that occur while visiting a car wash. As explained to Mr. what happened to his windshield can happen to a vehicle’s windshield just driving down the street or washing the vehicle in a driveway. It has been the response in the car wash industry to such occurrences to notify customers of the possibility of such an via a well posted disclaimer sign and explaining to customers how these things happen. Mr. was not satisfied with my staffs explanation and requested an owner contact him, which I did via a letter (copy attached).
As the letter explained, and in addition provided further information to him of what happens to windshields in these types of situations.
We are sorry that Mr. has not been satisfied with our response but like any car wash we cannot assume liability for what is almost always a result of a preexisting condition or “Act of God”
Thank you
