Lake Erie Spine & Injury Center

Review: I have previously purchased gift certificates for massages from the Center. I specifically went to their business because of the massage therapist, Kerry McCoy. I had been going to her for years previously at the Hamot Health Connection. When she went to the Lake Erie Spine & Injury Center, I followed her business. When I found out that she is no longer employed by the center, I asked that my certificates be fully refunded. There is nothing on the certificate that indicates that I can not receive a refund and there is no expiration date. I was told by Sue that I can either use the certificates for massages or get back cash in the amount that would have been paid to Kerry, approximately 50%. Sue stated that legally the center does not have to refund my full amount and only the options that she mentioned. Sue stated that this money is already on their books and a prior tax base. I only went to their business because Kerry was then employed there.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the full refund paid to me in the amount that I paid for the remaining two certificates amounting to $100.00.
