My daughter was seen in the Lake County Acute Care on date of service 4/28/ On 3/25/2017, I received a collection notice in the amount of $stating that I never paid a bill I never received a bill from Lake County Acute CareI attempted to contact Lake County Acute Care to rectify the situation and the representative, ***, was extremely *** & would not allow me to speak when trying to explain the situation She continued to talk over me stating that I would need to contact the collection agency She would not confirm that bills were not sent to me and only that the account was sent over to collections in September of
