under the terms and conditions of the contract enter in to by the [redacted] and my company number #3 of the terms and conditions clearly states the Lake Country dose not stand behind cracks in concrete do to the severe winters in Wisconsin. through the frost and thaw cycles the ground is always moving and can cause the concrete to crack. It also should be noted that no contractor in Wisconsin can warranty concrete for cracks. Because Lake Country values our customer satisfaction and our tremendous pride in our A+ accredited rating with the Revdex.com I made immediate contact with [redacted] and scheduled for the cracked peaces of concrete to be removed and replaced at no cost to the home owner. Tom and his team came out last spring (06/2015) to install a driveway, stamped front walkway, and replace cracked sidewalk tiles and subdivision gutter. Everything turned out flawlessly. The quality of the workmanship on the stamped sidewalk is just beautiful. Tom was very attentive to my needs throughout the entire process and was quick to address a few questions/concerns after the installation.
I have recommended Lake Country Concrete to many of my family/friends/neighbors who have all commented on the beautiful work. Additionally, I aim to have Tom and his crew back out again this year for a back patio and walkway. Highly recommended!

Tom [redacted] and his crew did a nice job creating a new raised concrete patio for my backyard hot tub. Tom and his staff are easy to talk with and pride in their work shows. Review: I contracted with Lake Country Concrete Specialists, Inc.(LCCS) to have them install a driveway and sidewalk which was completed on August 16 of 2013.In less than a year later(Spring 2014) I observed a continous crack across a section of the driveway/walkway. I telephoned [redacted] of LCCS to bring this to his attention. A work crew came to my residence shortly afterwards and filled the cracks with a topical filler. Shortly afterwards I telephoned [redacted] to express my dissatisfaction with the quality and scope of the repair. During this same conversation [redacted] agreed to meet with me at my residence to review the work. [redacted] failed to keep and or reschedule that appointment. As of April of 2015 the "continous crack" I initially observed in Spring of 2014 has now traveled to encompass an area of 24X8 feet. I never would have imagined the poor quality of the work performed nor the financial expense I had to incur by choosing this contractor.Desired Settlement: I would consider a monetary settlement covering the expense of the tear-out/disposal and replacement of the aforementioned area of 24X8 feet. I have sought and received a proposal from a contractor for an amount of $2,100.00 to cover the cost of this replacement. I believe that any further delay in a repair would only result in additional damage. If by chance there is no acknowledgement on the part of LCCC as to any responsibility, endorsement by the Revdex.com should be reconsidered.

Tom did a wonderful job on our stamped concrete patio. It is just beautiful and we love it. His crew was pleasant and respectful and cleaned up the site. We highly recommend them.

Lake Country Concrete was wonderful. Tom and his crew were good listeners to my needs (I am picky) and turned out a beautiful patio and front walkway. I continue to recommend them. 4 years later they continue to have great customer service and answer my questions promptly. Good team to hire.

Very professional and friendly. Workmanship and their attention to detail was outstanding. The crew was hard working and very friendly. They were very clear in explaining what they were doing and why, and answering our questions.
