This business sucks! My 80 year-old Dads used this business to help him run errands and go to Doctor Appointments because he can no longer drive. They were supposed to come once a week. This is why you should never use this business:
1) They don't show up on a consistent basis. They have left my Dad waiting when he has important appointments 1 out of 3 times.
2) You ask for invoices that you never received and then months later they send them to you saying they are going to collection.
3) They keep resending invoices you’ve already paid and say you didn’t pay and you have to do all the back research to prove you’ve paid.
4) They send invoices even when my Dad says they never showed up.
5) Every time someone does show up it’s a different person.
6) I asked them to send all invoices to me, but they kept sending them to me Dad. Sometimes there were letters saying that there was a huge amounts of money overdue and that they were sending this to collections and going to stop all services immediately. The information was always wrong, but they managed to scare the [redacted] out of my elderly Dad.
