copy of the judgment that was granted and docketed in December of 2014. In January of 2014 Ms. [redacted] did come to the bank claiming that her loan was paid off. A statement was provided to her at that time showing the account history and amount owed. She made a $200 payment with the promise of a check to pay the balance in full the following month. The first $200 was returned as Non-Sufficient Funds and the second check was never received. [redacted] was hired in February to repossess the ATV but Ms. [redacted] was unwilling to turn it over or make a payment. There has been no further contact from Ms. [redacted] since then. There was no response when the judgment was granted in March of 2014, docketed in district court in December of 2014 or the subsequent annual collection letters that have been sent. At no time has Ms. [redacted] provided proof of payments that she made that were not recorded in our history. If she can provide documentation to support unrecorded payments, Lake Central Bank will gladly review the amount owed. Until that time, the current principal balance owed is $447.02, $142.85 in accrued interest, $419.06 in late charges and $217.00 in legal fees for a total payoff amount of $1,225.93. She can contact the bank at any time to set up a payment plan to halt future collection efforts.
