Revdex.com:I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Two other companies have been out to my house to look at the system and both have said that they should have been able to find a problem with the system if they properly checked itTheir failure to detect the problem before I bought the house was a failure to provide the service they agreed to come out to performThey did not tell us that they could not check the system because it was too cold out when we contacted them to come out and did not say anything about the cold until after I had the problem with the systemThey cost me a lot of money by charging me for a service they didn't perform and failing to detect a very expensive problem that the previous owner would have had to pay forThe company I had out the next day told us exactly what Lake Anna didn't do and should have done to perform the service I paid them forAnother company would have found the problemThe owner of the company verbally assaulted me and used profane insults during our phone conversationThe only way this could be worse is if they physically assault us nowI want my money back at a minimum and I want an apologyThey owe me far more.Regards, [redacted] ***
