I placed an order on April *, 2020 on La Jerrio's website and I paid $97.48 with my credit card. I
should of received the item within 2 weeks and when I had not I contacted the company's customer
support via email, since that is the only way to reach out to them. I received what seems to be an
automatic response with a tracking number, which you can see below: "Our system was broken so we
cannot send the confirmation message to you. Your order has been shipped. Here is a link: *** You can check your order status through the link above. Sincerely,Joy" The link of
course did not work and the last update on the *** site for that tracking number was on 4//20. I
have contacted La Jerrio several times and I either do not get a response or the continue to send me
the same generic response mentioned above. I have even asked for a full refund since I have not
received the item I ordered and paid for. I am beyond frustrated with this company and after doing
some research on them I noticed that this is an issue that many other people have had to deal with
and the item was never received and they never received a refund for the item they paid for. This
company should not be allowed to do that to people. This is theft and they should be shut down and
forced to reimburse their customers who paid for items they never received. I am hoping you can find
