In January 2018, I had my credit card hacked separate times and when I started to go over my account I realized that there were some fraudulent charges I contacted my bank as anyone would and they filed a claim to retrieve the fraudulent charges When I found out that the card was charged $on 1/22/for items that I didn't purchase My bank claim said there was proof from this company so they are reversing the temporary creditWhen I reached out to the company to explain that my credit card was hacked and the charges were not made by me, they refused to issue me the credit, laughing no less and proceeded to ask for my NEW credit card numberI was certainly not going to doThe CS rep said that it was not their fault my card was hacked and said they had provided my bank with shipping informationneedless to say, I did not order or receive the items and when I continued to explain that just because you shipped it does not mean I ordered it or received itI then saw
