I ordered my pearls online, customer service called me right up to make sure my order was correct (I'd ordered different color pearls), and even conspired with me a bit to rush the delivery so that my wife would get the pearls before she noticed the bill on our credit card I'm not an experienced gemologist or jewelry shopper, but these folks took care of me and the necklace and earbuds are gorgeous!
