I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action may not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Contractor has agreed to fix some of the cosmetic details, however, they have not yet addressed the complaint of the counter height and depth (counters are half inch short, were supposed to be 36" high, so the stove will not fit properly and the counter depth to either side of the stove is not even).  Please do not close out this complaint until after the contractor has been out to our house on April 1st, 2016. After that date, I will follow up with the Revdex.com to let you know if the complaint has been resolved adequately.
