I purchased an item through their auction. In their material they indicated that the item would ship within a week. However, after waiting 4 weeks, the item still hasn't shipped and are no longer responding to phone calls and emails.
I won an item at LagunaBeach Auction House on 8/11/19. I was contacted by *** and was provided wire instructions. I sent the money for the item I won at auction. However, I never did receive the item I paid for. *** and Laguna Beach Auction House will not return my phone calls or emails.
Company advertises on live auction.com. I won a bid for a Louis Vuitton handbag for $500.00. Total invoice with buyers premium was $660.00. I paid in full on June 2, 2019. I have not received my handbag. *** has promised several times that the bag is on its way. I’ve contacted the online auction site and they tried to assist me but I still have not received my handbag.
We take full responsibility for this problem and have refunded the customer.
I purchased the bag june 3 2019 I just checked with my credit card company and no credit has been applied. The company livebidder.com told me this company cant use the platform until this is resolved.
