When I was estimating Mrs.*** driveway she asked if I could fix the big dip I said yesShe then asked if it would look natural I said NOShe asked if it would look ugly I said yesShe agreed for me to do the jobI did the job then they called saying a crack peeled up it took me a while to
get there to do itAs this went on Mr.*** became very agitated and very down right nasty to meHe called up telling at how the dip looked I told him I explained all of this in how it would look to his wifeHe said he knows so I said what's the problem offered to give him his money back on the jobWhich he clearly never heard any of this as he just went on and on being verbally abusiveI tried everything I could to make it right with himHe still never heard anythingThen he told me to stay off his property so I didHe seems like he is unpleaseable type of client to deal with
