Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We have taken our dogs to Lago Vista Animal Clinic since they were puppiesWe have brought them at least once a year if not more and they never brought up dental disease, they only suggested we get their teeth cleanedThe estimate we signed was just that, an estimate, it did not give them permission to pull all those teeth out of our year old dogs without consentIf they would have called us, we would have declined until we got a second opinionThis disagreement is not over the money they charged, it's all about pulling teeth without our permissionI would have expected a call before they pulled a single tooth, we only brought them in to get their teeth cleaned Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:
We have taken our dogs to Lago Vista Animal Clinic since they were puppies. We have brought them at least once a year if not more and they never brought up dental disease, they only suggested we get their teeth cleaned. The estimate we signed was just that, an estimate, it did not give them permission to pull all those teeth out of our 5 year old dogs without consent. If they would have called us, we would have declined until we got a second opinion. This disagreement is not over the money they charged, it's all about pulling teeth without our permission. I would have expected a call before they pulled a single tooth, we only brought them in to get their teeth cleaned.
