Terrible service or lack there of. My business pays a monthly fee for financial reports. It is now June and I have receive one report for the year. I made the owner, Peter L[redacted], aware of the situation months ago and his response was " I wish you let me know". I guess by letting him know that one time wasn't sufficient. I have asked for a credit for three of the five months for which I have not received our financial reports and in so many words was told NO. He is offering to do one final report; for which he said I have paid for. I paid for monthly reports that were due to me on the 10th of every month. I would say I paid for bad service.
I then found out today that he messed up my personal tax return, so now I owe more money than what was originally filed. He had a very lack luster retort of "sorry for the inconvenience". Not sorry for the mistake he made.
I had had other issues with LaForte Financial in the past but I gave them a second chance. Unfortunately, that did not work out for me in the end.
In addition to the lack of commitment and service for which I paid (in full every month) is the lack of care he has towards me as a customer or for delivering a quality product.
Disappointing!
