Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to. When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.As a courtesy today we have provided you with a 100% refund on your most recent charge. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. How ever, none of what was stated in the response back from the business is true. I checked both website and my order confirmation and none of it states the "terms" about this 14 day trial or you will e charged full price. The only way to see the full terms IN DETAIL is to click the link ON THE WEBSITE and read the terms and conditions. 1 out of 30 people will click that link to read the terms where as the rest of us scroll through the page to read what we are buying into. I appreciate the company refunding me the full amount, but NO where did I see the details about cancelling my order after 14 days and that it was to start the day that I confirmed my order! This company has a lot to hide and needs to be more vague about what they are selling to customers.

However, if we do not receive a cancellation request in the 17 Day time frame, we charge you the full price for the product that you ordered.After reviewing your account it appears you called and spoke with a Representative on 05/27/2017 and agreed to a 30% refund of $26.93, as a courtesy we have issued the remaining $62.85.
