All of their business processes are run by the book Which means their employees come off as soulless brainless tools regurgitating the corporate line from the computer screen I had escaped their horrible service once only to have them buy the gym I moved to I since moved away but kept my membershipfor over a year now The card it charged to stopped working and since I was in no rush to resolve an issue at a gym I never visit I just ignored it Today its up to calls from the local gym and corporate trying to get me to resolve the issue I think they are a bit confused on what type of service they provide people Maybe if they were providing me with gas to heat my home or electricity this would be warranted But six calls over a gym membership that in reality hasn't been used in over a year should give your pause about how management views their members Just really silly
